Call for Abstracts

Abstracts are invited for POSTERS to be displayed at the Fifth Annual Cochrane conference to be hosted by the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Queen’s University Belfast. Posters may address any issue related to conducting, employing systematic reviews in teaching or applying evidence to practice. Completed protocols and reviews would also be welcomed. The best poster will receive a prize which will be judged on the grounds of the methodology used and its relevance to clinical practice. Abstracts of no more than 200 words must include:

  • Name and title of researcher(s)
  • Institutional affiliation, contact address, telephone and email address
  • Poster title and abstract

Abstracts may be submitted via email to Jenny McGaughey ( j.mcgaughey@qub.ac.uk ) not later than the 12th of December 2008. If you have any queries concerning a potential submission please contact Jenny. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed and decisions on acceptance will be sent to all applicants before the 19th of December.
